Anyone can do it! No yoga experience necessary. Bring items to make yourself comfortable lying on a carpeted floor for 45 minutes (blanket, small pillow, pad). Can’t lie on the floor? Try it seated.

Librarian Claudia Volano is a certified Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra facilitator. Please sign up for this month’s session below! Please note that this will be the last session of Yoga Nidra. We will be switching over to chair yoga starting in April.
