Madison Hunter-Jumpers Named CHSA Finalists (With Video)

The CHSA was started in 1928 and is the oldest horse association in the state of Connecticut.

Madison Hunter-Jumper Riders earned the opportunity  to participate in the Connecticut Horse Show Association 2011 Finals held on the grounds of High Hopes Center in Lyme, CT.

The CHSA was started in 1928 and is the oldest horse association in the state of Connecticut. Over 250 riders participated in this 2 day event.

  • Gail Bolling captured the Champion Ribbon in the Adults Long Stirrup.
  • Jennifer Burke placed 4th in Adult Modified Equitation.
  • Clara Bechtold placed 4th and Katy Marsh 5th in Children's Medal Class.
  • Addison Keyworth was pinned 4th in Walk-Trot
  • Suzanne McGrady was Reserve Champion in Short Stirrup Hunter and 7th in Short Stirrup Equitation 
  • Also representing Cedar Brook Farm at the event were Tess Bialowbreski, Elsa Fecke and Amanda Bozack who pinned 5th in Adult Modified Equitation.
  • Kate Stufano, riding for Mystic Valley Hunt Club, was pinned 8th in the Pre-Children Hunter Class.
