Madison Lyric Stage Announces 2018 Season Auditions

The company is also casting for a young artist production of Godspell in May.

From Madison Lyric Stage: Madison Lyric Stage, a professional company now entering its seventh season serving the Shoreline of Connecticut, will hold auditions for its 2018 season on Saturday, January 20 in Madison, CT and Saturday, January 27 in New York City.

The company is looking for singers and actors for its productions of the play Agnes of God in April, the musical Company in July, and the chamber opera The Turn of the Screw in October.

The company is also casting for a young artist production of Godspell in May, to feature local high school students, alongside young professionals from Madison Lyric Stage’s apprentice program. Madison Lyric Stage will be seeing both non-union and union performers, and will, for the first time, offer a limited number of Actors Equity Special Appearance contracts for selected roles.

Compensation is available for some non-union performers depending on experience. Auditions are by appointment only. Exact time and location of the audition will be provided. To be considered for an audition, please email your photo and resume to mlsartisticdirector@gmail.com.
