Madison Police Arrest Log for June 7th through June 13th

During this period, Madison police responded on June 7th to a report of fraud on Winterhill Road, to another report of fraud on the Boston Post Road; on June 8th to a report of harassment on Pine Ridge Drive, to a report of neighbor trouble on Horse Pond Road, to a report of fraud on Copperfield Drive; on June 10th to a report of animal nuisance on East Wharf/Linden; on June 11th to a report of forgery on Scotland Avenue, to an animal nuisance call on Surf Club Road, to a threatening call on Eagle Meadow; on June 12th to a report of a theft on the Boston Post Road.

Arrested were:

Andrew Allis, 60, of 48 Woodland Road, Madison, charged June 8th with operating while under the influence, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession, and possession of less than ½-ounce of cannabis-type substance (first offense).

Evan Joseph Scarzella, 18, of 36 Howland Street, Oakville, charged June 11th with reckless driving, injury/risk/impairing morals.
