Madison Police Log from October 11th through October 17th

During this time period Madison police on October 11th reported to a call concerning a theft on Fort Path Road, to a fraud call on Princess Drive, to another fraud call on Fawn Brook Circle; on October 12th to a theft from an automobile on the Boston Post Road, to a fraud call on Durham Road, to another fraud call on Summer Hill Road.

On October 13th to a report of a suspicious person on Wall Street/Boston Post Road, to a theft on Horse Pond Road; on October 14th to a suspicious vehicle on Surf Club Road; on October 16th to a fraud call on Neck Road; on October 17th to another fraud call on Sylvan Road, to a theft from a residence on Fairview Drive.

Arrested were:

Franklin Jonathan Ortiz, 20, of 257 Cook Avenue, Meriden, charged October 16th with operating while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane.

Gerard Grate, 28, of 125 Eliot Street, Woodbury, charged October 17th with operating with registration/license suspended/revoked.
