Madison Police Log from December 20th-December 26th

During this time period Madison police responded on Dec. 20th to a suspicious vehicle on the Boston Post Road, to a report of fraud on Downing Way; on Dec. 21st to a suspicious person and vehicle on Bradley/Durham roads, to the theft of a motor vehicle on Island Avenue.

On Dec. 22nd to a theft on Seaview Avenue, to a domestic dispute on Strawberry Hill Road; on Dec. 24th to a suspicious person on Nutmeg Lane, to a domestic dispute on Durham Road, to a domestic dispute on Strawberry Hill Road; on Dec. 26th to a report of windows broken on a building on Bradley Road, to a nursing home incident on Wildwood Avenue, to the theft of checks on Nortontown Road.

Arrested were:

Richard Joseph Butler, 36, of 602 Eastman Street, Stratford, charged Dec. 20th with operating unregistered motor vehicle, improper use marker/license/registration, failure to display front plate, no insurance.

Anna Marie Keenan, 52, of 5 Neck Road, Madison, charged Dec. 24th with possession controlled substance (1/2 oz), use motor vehicle/vessel without owner’s permission (unauthorized use, vehicle in motion).

Richard Mrowka, 56, of 1190 Durham Road, Madison, charged Dec. 24th with disorderly conduct, threatening in the 2nd degree.
