During this time period on August 9th Madison police responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Nortontown/Green Hill roads; on August 10th to a suspicious motor vehicle on Samson Rock Road, to a burglary on South Street, to a burglary attempt on Bradley Corners Road, to neighbor trouble on Green Hill Road; on August 11th to a nursing home incident on Wildwood Avenue, to a burglary on Fawn Brook Circle.

On August 12th to a report of threatening on Birch Lane, to a suspicious person on Railroad Avenue/Wall Street, to a burglary on Neck Road; on August 13th to a harassment call on Scotland Avenue, to a report of theft from Randi Drive, to a burglary on Wildcat Road; on August 14th to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Chaffinch Island Road, to a theft from an auto on Madison Springs, to a suspicious vehicle on Summer Hill Road; on August 15th to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Bradley Road.

Arrested were:

David Ryan Howell, 31, of 525 East Main Street, Branford, charged August 9th with criminal violation of a protective order.

James Michael Butler, 27, of 32 Woodhill Road, Monson, Mass., charged August 11th with evading responsibility, operating while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane.

Javier Lopez, 23, of 402 67th Street, Queens, NY, charged August 13th with failure to appear in the 2nd degree.

Mary Fleming, 57, of 82 Taylor Avenue, Madison, charged August 13th with failure to drive in proper lane, operating while under the influence.
