During this time period Madison police were called on August 23rd to a suspicious person call on the Boston Post Road, to a threatening call on Bassett Lane, to a criminal mischief call on the Boston Post Road; on August 25th to a suspicious person call on Garnet Park Road, to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on the Boston Post Road; on August 27th to a shoplifting call on Samson Rock; on August 28th to a suspicious vehicle on Old Duck Hole Road, to a call for a bad check being issued on Evarts Lane; on August 29th to a fraud call on Liberty Street.

Arrested were:

Thomas Romano, 45, of 12 Rolling Meadow Road, Madison, was charged August 25th with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence (3rd substance), injury/risk/impairing morals.

Daneque Laquita Carr, 30, of 80 Derby Avenue, Apt. 2, New Haven, was charged on August 27th with larceny in the 6th degree.
