Madison Police Arrests Include Assault Charges

Madison Police Arrest Log for January 11th – January 17th

During this time period Madison police responded on January 12th, to a report of found property on Copse Road; again, on January 12th to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Samson Rock Drive; again, on January 12th to a domestic dispute on Sandelwood Drive; on January 13th, to a report of breach of peace on Opening Hill Road; on January 14th, to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at Horse Pond/Kelsey Springs roads; on January 15th, to a report of a burglary on West Wharf Road; on January 16th, to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Durham Road, again, on January 16th, to a report of stolen property on the Boston Post Road.

Arrested were:

Gustavo Rojas, 22, of 266 Exchange Street, New Haven, charged January 11th with misuse of plate, operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Trevor Robert Miller, 23, of 14 Sandelwood Drive, Madison, charged January 12th with criminal violation of a protective order, assault in the 2nd degree.

Elizabeth S. Browne, 31, of 11 Airline Road, Clinton, charged January 12th with operating with registration/license suspended/revoked.

Peter F. Ohanlon, 45, of 66 Signal Hill Road, Madison, charged January 17th with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating with registration/license suspended/revoked.
