During this time period Madison police responded on February 8th to a report of a theft from an auto on the Boston Post Road; also on February to a report of threatening on Forest Road; also on February 8th to a report of a suspicious person on Acorn Road; again on February 8th to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Samson Rock Drive.

Other incidents include: February 9th to a report of wires down on Horse Pond Road; again on February 9th to a report of an abandoned vehicle on Summer Hill Road; again on February 9th to a report of harassment on Lakewood Drive; on February 10th to a report of a domestic dispute on Green Hill Road; again on February 10th to a report of an aggravated assault on Brantwood Drive; on February 11th to a report of a building found open on Middle Beach Road.

Christopher Mark Kent, 43, 360 Grace Hill Road, Guilford, charged February 10th with criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, breach of peace, assault in the 3rd degree, threatening in the 2nd degree.

Cameron George Cook, 22, of 31 Robin Lane, Killingworth, charged February 11th with failure to submit to fingerprinting, larceny in the 6th degree, interfering with an officer.

Ireneusz Jaskulski, 46, of 304 Peck Street, New Haven, charged February 11th with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating with registration/license under suspension/revoked.
