Madison Police Arrest Log for February 15th to February 21st

Madison police responded, on February 15th, to a report of a nursing home incident on Wildwood Avenue; again on February 15th to a report of shoplifting on the Boston Post Road; again on February 15 to a report of credit card fraud on the Boston Post Road; again on February 15th to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Five Fields Road; on February 16th to a report of fraud on Campus Drive; on February 17th to a domestic dispute on Old Route 79; on February 18th to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Boston Post Road/East Wharf Road; again on February 18th to a report of fraud on Taylor Avenue; on February 21st to another nursing home incident on Wildwood Avenue; again on February 21st to a report of a bad check being issued on Wall Street; again on February 21st to a report of a suspicious person on the Boston Post Road; and again on February 21st to a report of another suspicious person on Brantwood Drive.

Arrested were:

Beth Ann Duncan, 32, of 83 Ash Street, Warwick, Rhode Island, charged February 21st with failure to appear in the 2nd degree.

[Name removed], 49, of 38 Hunters Trail, Madison, charged February 21st with disorderly conduct, criminal violation of a protective order, assault in the 3rd degree.

Lawrence Raymond Panza, 47, of 30 Riverside Terrace, Madison, charged February 21st with disorderly conduct, criminal violation of a protective order, assault in the 3rd degree.

Jonas H. Thelin, 24, of 21 St. James Court, Madison, charged February 21st with operating with registration/license suspended/revoked.
