Madison Police Arrests Include Burglary Charges
All of the information is provided by the Police Department and all charges are allegations at this time.
Madison Police Arrest Log for July 5th – July 12th
During this time period Madison police responded on July 6th to a burglary at 211 Wildwood Avenue; also on July 6th to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at Durham Road and Samantha Lane; on July 7th, to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 779 Summer Hill Road.
Madison police also responded, on July 12th to a hazardous material incident at 438 Durham Road.

Arrested were:
Jonathan Luke Charlebois, 18, of 70 Cutler Street, Stonington, charged July 9th with operation of a motor vehicle by a minor with elevated blood alcohol content, failure to drive in proper lane, possession of less than ½ ounce of cannabis (first offense).

Diane C. Vanakin, 53, of 4d Cohasset Lane, Madison, charged June 12th with burglary in the 3rd degree and criminal trespass in the 2nd degree.
