Madison Police Arrest Log for September 21st – September 27th
During this time period Madison police responded on September 22nd, to a theft from an auto on County Road/Lakewood Drive; on September 23rd to a motor vehicle accident, with injuries, on Rolling Meadow Road; also, on September 23rd to a theft from a residence on Kelsey Springs Drive; on September 24th, to another theft from a residence on Cottage Road.

Richard W. Harbour, 67, of 90 Bokum Road, Old Saybrook, charged September 22nd with larceny in the 6th degree, conspiracy to commit criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, conspiracy to commit burglary in the 3rd degree, manufacture/possession of burglary tools.
Jose Rivera, 44, of 537 Howard Avenue, New Haven, charged September 22nd with failure to appear in the 1st degree, failure to appear in the 2nd degree, conspiracy to commit burglary in the 3rd degree, conspiracy to commit criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the 6th degree.

Jarrod W. Buice, 38, of 205 Elm Street, West Haven, charged September 22nd with conspiracy to commit criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, conspiracy to commit burglary in the 3rd degree, criminal attempt to commit larceny in the 6th degree.
Carrie Ann Doyle, 34, of 49 Sunnybrook Lane, Clinton charged September 27th with operating while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, injury/risk/impairing morals.
Kssan Lamont Hudson, 19, of 135 Hudson Avenue, Bridgeport, charged September 27th with burglary in the 2nd degree, burglary in the 3rd degree, conspiracy to commit burglary in the 2nd degree, conspiracy to commit burglary in the 3rd degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the 1st degree, larceny in the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 6th degrees; criminal trover in the 2nd degree.
