Madison Police Arrests Include DUI Charges

Madison Police Arrest Log for November 9th – November 15th

During this time period Madison police responded on November 10th to a motor vehicle accident involving an animal on Old Toll Road; also, on November 10th to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Yankee Peddlar Road; on November 11th, to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Durham Road; also, on November 11th, to reports of wires down on Hickory Lane; and on November 13th, to a report of a motor vehicle theft on Cottage Road.

Arrested were:

Donna Knoll, 48, of 277 Harwich Street, West Haven, charged November 12th with operating while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, drinking while operating a motor vehicle.

William Paul Schaeffer, 45, of 6 Hickory Lane, Madison, charged November 13th with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence (2nd offense), violation of probation.

John Francis Dowling, 32, of 30 Ward Place, West Haven, charged November 13th with operating while under the influence.

Whitney I. Farnham, 52, of 607 Opening Hill Road, Apt. A, Madison, charged November 13th with operating while under the influence.
