Madison Police Arrests Include DUI and Criminal Mischief Charges

Madison Police Arrest Log for December 21st – December 27

During this time period Madison police responded on December 22nd to a domestic dispute at Shepherds Trails; on December 24th to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on the Boston Post Road; to another motor vehicle accident with injuries on December 26th on the Hammonassset Connector; to, again on December 26th, to a first-alarm, structure fire on Opening Hill Road.

Arrested were:

Nicholas Francis Ciarleglio, 23, of 38 Shepherds Trail, Madison, charged December 22nd with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief in the 3rd degree.

Jonathan T. Howey, 46, of 43 Lawson Drive, Madison, charged December 24th with operating unregistered motor vehicle, operating with registration/license suspended/revoked, evading (serious property damage), illegally operating under the influence (3rd substance), failure to drive in proper lane, interfering with an officer, drinking while operating a motor vehicle.

Matthew Steven Reynolds, 33, or 71 Copse Road, Madison, charged December 27th with criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, breach of peace.
