Madison Police Arrest Log for July 20th – July 26th      During this time period Madison police responded, on July 20th, to a water rescue on West Wharf Road; on July 22nd, to a theft from a residence at 271 Warpas Road; on July 23rd, to a public indecency complaint, at 262 Ridge Road; on July 24th, to a report of a theft of a bicycle at 128 Island Avenue; to a hazardous material incident, also on July 24th, at Durham and Old Toll roads; to another hazardous material incident, also on July 24th, at Southbound Interstate-95; to a motor vehicle accident with injuries, on July 26th, at Southbound Interstate-95.    Arrested were:    James Hendel, 51, of 592 Horsepond Road, Madison, charged July 22nd with operating while under the influence.    Nicholas E. Scully, 33, of 407 Warpas Road, Madison, charged July 25th with larceny in the 6th degree.
