Madison Police Arrest Log for October 5th – October 11th
During this time period Madison police responded, on October 5th, to a domestic dispute on Boston Post Road; again, on October 5th, to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Interstate 95 northbound; on October 6th, to a found child on Durham/Cross roads; on October 7th, to a fugitive from justice on Campus Drive; on October 9th, to a domestic dispute on Scotland Avenue.

James Hendel, 51, of 592 Horsepond Road, Madison, charged October 5th with criminal violation of a protective order, criminal attempt to commit burglary in the 3rd degree.
Francis Peter Sumner, 47, of 55 Paxton Road, Mass., charged October 7th with larceny in the 1st degree, interfering with an officer, fugitive from justice.

Sandra Torres, 97 Scotland Avenue, Madison, charged October 9th with disorderly conduct.
Christopher Paul Walker, 54, of 97 Scotland Avenue, Madison, charged October 9th with disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call.
Diane C. Van Akin, 53, of 4 D Cohasset Lane, Madison, charged October 10th with larceny in the 6th degree, possession of controlled substance other than narcotic or hallucinogenic substance (first offense).
