Madison Police Arrests Include Larceny and Disorderly Conduct Charges

Madison Police Arrest Log for October 19th – October 25th

During this time period Madison police responded on October 20th to a report of trouble between neighbor on Green Hill Road; on October 21st to a report of a firearm discharging on Durham/Rolling Meadow roads; to, again on October 21st to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Mungertown/Green Hill roads; on October 22nd, to another motor vehicle accident with injuries on Old Toll/Race Hill roads; again, on October 22nd to a report of an abandoned motor vehicle on Durham Road; on October 23rd, to a report of a suspicious person on Squires Road; on October 24th, to a burglary on Durham Road; and, on October 25th to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Durham/Green Hill roads.

Arrested were;

Lisa Cimino, 47, of 35 Judith Lane, East Haven, charged October 21st with larceny in the 6th degree.

Zachary T. Marsh, 18, of 8 Boulder Lane, Madison, charged October 22nd with disorderly conduct.

Allison J. Strait, 36, of 60 Johnson Lane, Madison, charged October 23rd and October 24th with no insurance, evading responsibility, failure to appear in the 2nd degree.

Donald Edmond Strait, 45, of 60 Johnson Lane, Madison, charged October 23rd and October 24th with operating a motor vehicle with registration and license suspended/revoked, reckless driving, evading: serious property damage, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to appear in 2nd degree.
