Madison Police Arrest Log for May 18th – May 24th

During this time period, Madison police responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on May 18th on Durham Road, to another motor vehicle accident with injuries on May 19th on Campus Drive, to a call for a suspicious vehicle on May 20th on Durham Road, to another motor vehicle accident with injuries on May 22nd on Wildwood Avenue, to another accident with injuries on May 22nd on Mungertown Road, to another motor vehicle accident with injuries on May 23rd on Green Hill Road.

Arrested were:

David Ryan Howell, 30, of 95 Highwoods Drive, Guilford, charged May 18th with criminal trespass in the 1st degree, stalking in the 3rd degree, disorderly conduct.

Thomas Alan Wilson, 20, of 40 Sportsman’s Hill Road, Madison, charged May 18th with operating while under the influence, restricted turns fail signal, failure to have tail lamps.

Matthew D. Sullivan, 21, of Old Farms Road, Madison charged May 21st with operating while under the influence, and restricted turns fail signal.

James Nelson, 61, of 1676 Durham Road, Guilford, charged May 22nd with operating while under the influence.

Erik Godiksen, 53, of 166 Scotland Road, Madison, charged May 24th with failure to appear in the 1st degree.
