Madison Police Arrests Include Threatening and DUI Charges

Madison Police Arrest Log for August 3rd – August 9th

During this time period Madison police responded, on August 3rd, to a motor vehicle accident with injuries, on Boston Post and Neck roads; on August 6th to a hazardous materials incident call on 56 Wall Street; on August 7th, to a water rescue on West Wharf Road; to another hazardous materials incident call, on August 8th, at 100 Bradley Road; to a motor vehicle fire, also on August 8th, on Interstate 95, Northbound.

Arrested were:

David Scot Umberger, 58, of 2458 Boston Post Road, Guilford, charged August 3rd with illegally operating a motor vehicle under the influence (2nd offense).

Erik Godiksen, 54, of 2 N. Hampshire Road, Madison, charged August 4th with operating while under the influence, failure to appear in the 1st and 2nd degrees.

Adam Ziolkowski, 29, of 309 South Main Street, Middletown, charged August 7th with threatening in the 2nd degree.

Alfred S. Poirier, 41, of 97 Old Post Road, Clinton, charged August 8th with breach of peace.
