Oct. 8

Wayde A. Isakson, 64, of Madison, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree violation of a conditional release, second-degree violation of a conditional release,

Sahdalia Goeman, 22, of North Branford, was charged with driving under the influence f drugs or alcohol and leaving the scene injury/property damage.

Oct. 10

Richard Owen, 52, of Madison, was charged with first-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
