Madison Police Respond to Several Calls for Illegal Fireworks

There were also numerous accident calls too, police said over the past week.

Madison Police Arrest Log for June 29th – July 5th

During this time period, Madison police responded to several calls of illegal fireworks being discharged.

The fireworks called were: on West Wharf Road on July 2nd, on Squires Road on July 2nd, on Yankee Peddler Path on July 2nd, on Taylor Avenue, on July 4th; on Wildcat Springs Drive on July 4th.

Police responded to a motor vehicle accident, with injuries, on June 29th on Interstate 95 Southbound, Exit 61; to another accident with injuries on June 30th at Bradley Corners; and, again on June 30th to a breach of peace incident on the Boston Post Road; and, also on June 30th to a report of a suspicious person at the Surf Club.

Police responded on July 1st to report of a theft at 31 Middle Beach Road.

Police responded on July 2nd to a breach of peace incident at West Wharf Road; also on July 2nd, to a dumpster fire at 907 Boston Post Road; and, again on July 2nd, to a threatening incident on Scotland Road.

Police also responded on July 3rd to an assault at the Surf Club; they also assisted in a water rescue on July 3rd at West Wharf Road; on July 5th to a house burglary attempt on Meeting House Lane;

There were no arrests during this time period.
