Madison Public Schools' Kindergarten Registration Now Open

MADISON, CT — Madison Public schools have announced that 2023-2024 kindergarten registration is now open. The registration process is online.

"Our principals and teachers can’t wait to meet you," the district noted.

How-to tips, forms and other resources are available to assist families in the online registration process.

What to know:

You'll need the following documents, which will be uploaded, during online registration:

• Student birth certificate
• Proof of residency
• Health and immunization records
• IEP / 504 Plan (if applicable)
• Legal custody documents (if applicable)

You'll need an active email address as it will be used for all correspondence during the registration process. Parents/guardians will receive an email containing a link to input the registration information for each family member.
