Madison's Route 79 Is Now Open After Being Flooded: UPDATE

Route 79 was reopened after 3 p.m. Thursday. UPDATE

MADISON, CT — Route 79 is closed in both directions at Cross Road because of wires down in the roadway, according to the state DOT. Expect delays for school buses 3, 8, 19, 20 and 39, school officials said.
