Madison Still In Need Of 911 Dispatchers: Here's How To Apply
The two civilian telecommunication dispatcher union jobs, located inside the Madison Police Department, pay $22 to $28 an hour.

MADISON, CT — The jobs will stay open until filled, as the town looks to hire certified and non-certified dispatchers.
The full-time post starts at $22 an hour and goes up to $28 an hour, with currently certified telecommunicators starting at a higher pay step.
The minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or GED and "successful completion" of the department's testing and training program and background check. Proficiency with computers is a must. The job is described as "highly responsible work."
