MR&SC's Reilly Fitzgibbons And Her Mother Lee To Compete For The Crown!

Madison Racquet & Swim Club has a finalist in the New Haven Open Family Classic this year! Reilly Fitzgibbons and her mother Lee will compete for the crown in the 14 & Under Mother- Child Division on Thursday, August 25th at 4pm at the New Haven Open at the Connecticut Tennis Center at Yale.

The New Haven Open Family Classic boasts over 5,000 participants in over 90 events spanning 8 states leading up to the final round after which the finalists and winners are presented their trophies in true championship style on Stadium court.

Tennis players from Madison Racquet & Swim Club who competed in the regionals at Yale included Zach Stout and his father Robert who reached the semi-finals in the 14 & under Father-Child , Lucy Chadderton and her mother Sarah advanced to the semi-finals in the 18 & Under Mother-Child division, and Samantha Riordan and her mother Susan, who advanced to the quarter finals in the 12 & Under division.

Also representing MRSC were Scott & Sarah Sandora in the Husband/Wife division.
