"Sea House will feature a refined yet relaxing environment, a comfortable gathering place," said Miller.
"Much like a shoreline homestead, guests will be able to enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor dining options," Miller said.
She said the restaurant offers local cuisine – seafood, chicken, burgers, steaks, composed salads and smaller dish.
Miller said Sea House also features a full bar.
Sea House is the second restaurant from an ownership group that includes local residents Miller, Walter Miller, Rob Celentano and Grant Copeland.
South Lane Bistro in Guilford opened in May 2014 and was recently named by readers of CTNOW as Best Restaurant in Guilford.
