Nutella Banana Popsicles
Whether you prefer your Nutella as a topping or straight out of the jar, here is a simple and delicious way to enjoy the nectar of the gods.

Hazelnuts. Cocoa. Milk. Happiness. Ah, Nutella. You are clearly greater than the sum of your parts. Who could imagine that something so simple could take the world by storm? There are endless ways to enjoy this hazelnut spread, and with the kids back to school I’d like to share a fun and easy after-school snack.

- 6 Bananas, peeled
- 1 cup Nutella
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
To prepare, blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Portion the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until firm (not frozen), approximately 4-5 hours. If you do not have popsicle molds, you can pour the mixture into each cavity of an ice cube tray.*

Place a pop stick or toothpick in each mini pop, then freeze to finish.
*When using an ice cube tray, I prefer to use the paper pop stick over toothpicks because they are more supportive of the weight of the pop. These can be found at Walmart, Michaels Arts & Crafts, or any other place with a good sized baking section.
And that’s it! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.
