Bernard “Bernie” L. Kilton, 87, born November 22, 1930, passed away on August 9, 2018. Born in Madison, Connecticut to Howard A. Kilton and Mary A. Finnigan, he was a proud lifelong resident of Madison. Bernie worked as a Machine operator for Atlantic Wire of Branford before retiring with over 40 years of dedicated service to the company.
One of Bernie's passions in life was working in the hay fields, where he was always seen wearing his signature hat and unmistakable smile. Bernie is survived by his two beloved daughters, Lynn E. Kilton of Cromwell, CT and Jean Forsey and her husband Eric of Madison, CT; as well as a brother, Lyndall Kilton of North Carolina.
