Obituary: ​Elizabeth S. Millane, of Madison

Elizabeth S. Millane, died, at her home in Madison on Monday April 23, 2018. She was the beloved wife for over 65 years of Cornelius A. Millane Jr. (Connie). Mrs. Millane, 86, was the daughter of the late Edward A. and Frances Swift Schwartz.

She was pre-deceased by her brother, John M. (Nancy) Schwartz of Madison. She was the loving mother to Cornelius A. Millane III (Michele Stom) of Branford, Michael (Laura) Millane of Cromwell, and Sharon (Matthew) Fagan of Old Saybrook. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandson. Our family was extremely fortunate and blessed, to have such a loving, compassionate, and generous Mother/Nana. Along with her family and dear friends, Betty will be greatly missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Margaret Church, Madison on Thursday at 10:00.
