Obituary: Estelle Caroline Mallek, of Madison

Estelle Caroline Mallek, of Madison and formerly of West Hartford, died on February 16, 2017, at her home. She was the widow of Leo Mallek. She was born on June 4, 1918, in Manchester, NH, the daughter of Carl and Caroline Golomb.

Mrs. Mallek is survived by her sons Douglas Mallek and his wife Alyce of Madison and Leo Mallek and his wife Annie of Charlottesville, VA; grandchildren Scott Mallek and his wife Jennifer of Fairfield, Kristin Uiterwyk and her husband Patrick of Hingham, MA, Tracy Reveliotty and her husband Michael of Madison, Katie Mallek of Earlysville, VA, and Laurilei Mallek of Oakland, CA; and 11 great grandchildren. She lived a long, healthy and happy life surrounded by her family and friends.
