Obituary: Gwendolyn E Waldo, 89, of Madison

After a short illness Gwendolyn E Waldo of Madison died at the Middlesex Hospital on February 21, 2018. She graduated from the University of Connecticut and enjoyed a successful career as a dietitian in some of New England's fines hospitals. In her retirement she was active in Madison Community Services, Inc. and the Lower CT Valley Branch of the American Association of University Women. "Gwen" was loved by all and a friend to many.

There will be no calling hours and a family graveside service will be held at a late date. In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Madison Community Services, Inc. 25 Meeting House Lane, Madison, CT 06443 or the Lower CT Valley Branch of the American University Women Scholarship Fund 39 Shailer Pond Road, Deep River, CT 06417.
