Obituary: ​Kenwood B. Potter, 78 of Madison

Kenwood B. Potter of Madison died Thursday August 3, 2017 at the Hospital of St. Raphael Campus, YNHH. He was the beloved husband of Carole Wisting Potter. Mr. Potter was born March 31, 1939 in East Haven, CT, son of the late Harold and Ruby Baldwin Potter.

He was a sheet metal worker, working for Local 40, until his retirement in 1994. Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Kimberly (Robert) Ryan of Madison and Tracey Potter of Agoura Hills, CA; his grandchildren, Jake Ryan and Isabella Caprioli; and his sister Carlene Washburn of Peabody, MA. He died peacefully holding his beloved Carole’s hand and surrounded by his loving family. Friends are invited to a memorial visitation on Wednesday August 9, 2017 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the W. S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main Street, Branford.
