Thomas E. “Tom” Romano Sr. 77, of Madison beloved husband of Judith Jacobs Romano passed away on September 3, 2018 in Apple Rehab Guilford. Loving father of Thomas E. Romano Jr. of Madison, Cheryl (Thomas) Wickham of Sebastian, FL Daniel (Lisa) Jacobs of Wallingford and Michael Jacobs of Meriden. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Predeceased by a granddaughter Danielle Jacobs. Brother of the late Helen Abel and Dominic and Nicholas Romano.

Tom was born in New Haven on March 23, 1941 son of the late Dominic and Rose Mauro Romano. Prior to his retirement Tom was an iron worker for Local 424. Relatives and friends are invited to a parlor service in the PORTO FUNERAL HOME 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80) East Haven on SATURDAY morning at 11:00 . Interment will be private. Relatives and friends may call from 8:30 until time of service.
