The Teen Department at the Scranton Library is pleased to announce the following upcoming programs for teens:
3rd Annual "Peeps Show"
Entries will be accepted in the Teen Department Friday April 11-Wednesday April 16 during library hours, and judging will take place on Thursday April 17.Contest guidelines:
- create an original diorama using a scene from a book, movie or TV show
- marshmallow Peeps must be used in creating the scene
- additional props may be used too
- label your entry with the book title
- you name, phone number and grade must be attached to your entry on the back
- winners will be chosen by an impartial judging panel
- all dioramas will be displayed in the library

2nd Annual Cupcake Wars
Show us your decorating skills on Tuesday April 15 at 2:00. Cupcakes will be provided. Some decorating supplies will also be provided but participants can also bring their own. Students in grade 5-12 are welcome to participate individually or in teams of 2.
