Referendum Set For May 17 On Combined Town, Schools $91M Budget

Voters go to the polls to cast their ballot on the 2022-2023 $90,884,833 budget, which represents an 2.81 percent increase over last year.

MADISON, CT —The Annual Budget Referendum will be held on Tuesday, May 17.

Absentee ballots are available in the Town Clerk’s office. Applications are available in the Town Clerk’s Office and on the website. The Town Clerk’s drop box is also open to receive applications or ballots.

Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

District 1 voters go to Walter C. Polson Middle School at 302 Green Hill Road.

District 2 voters go to Dr. Robert H. Brown Intermediate School, 980 Durham Road (Route 79).
