This workshop offers a unique approach to thinking about, researching, documenting, writing and selling a Business Plan in three pages of text with three spreadsheets. The objective is to set you on a path to developing a well thought out, well documented, realistic, verifiable, creditable Business Plan. Discussion will be on how to produce the plan appropriate to your needs and situation. Beginning and working from the template described in the introductory talk, you’ll work on business plan concepts and techniques and how you can go about getting yours done with a minimum of work and agony.

Workshop presenter Eric Munro, a Madison resident, is a product management, sales and marketing executive with experience in high-technology businesses, both domestically and internationally. Most recently, Eric was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a telecommunications equipment manufacturer based in Meriden, Connecticut. His career also includes consulting in business management for a division of DeVry University as well as teaching graduate MBA classes where he provided his expertise on project and strategic management.
