At Scranton, Write A Letter, Create A Card To Thank Veterans

MADISON, CT — Not yet a lost art, letter-writing and, and card-making, isn't just fun, but at E.C. Scranton Memorial Library, the time spent writing and creating will go a long way to making the day of a military veteran.

As part of its “Veterans Connect @ Scranton” program, the letter-writing campaign now through May 15, gives people, young and old, the chance to "express their gratitude to veterans for their incredible service to our country."

There is a card-making station in the Library's Children’s Room and a letter-writing station in its Creative Loft.

All are welcome to participate.
