Transitioning

Only two books today, because I want an impact.  These two books created a paradgim shift in my thought process.

I understand that some of you have a challenging time with esoteric topics such as Past Lives, Reincarnation and what lies beyond the veil, however this topic is becoming more mainstream now and I want to broach the subject with two books that changed how I understand Transitioning.  Why do I refer to death as a transition?

Because in my worldview that is what death is, simply a transition from one form to another.  There is no death.

What Dreams May Come set me on the path of understanding that death is merely a transition,  That we do return over and over, that death is not the end but really a beginning.  The book is written by Richard Matheson, master in fiction.  Matheson wrote many well known Twilight Zone episodes.  Probably the most celebrated episode in the series history is Nightmare at 20,000 feet starring William Shatner.

What Dreams… is where became aware of cremation as a the best vehicle toward reincarnation, the most expeditious.  While the movie has its place, I recommend reading the book.  You’ll receive so much more from the read then you will from watching the movie.
More depth.
More emotion.
More knowledge.

You will clearly see the research that went into writing this stunning book.  At the back, is an extensive bibliography if you are interested in reading more on the topic.  It is evident to me from reading What Dreams May Come, that Matheson not only WANTED to believe that there existed something beyond the veil of death, but he DID believe.

Journey of Souls
Michael Newton

Journey of Souls is another book that deals with what happens after we transition.  Told in much the same way as the Brian Weiss classic Many Lives, Many Masters, Dr Newton takes case studies he has spoken with who have reached a hypnotic state where they can provide concise details on what happens to us after we pass.

For those seeking comfort from a recently transitioned loved one this is a must read. Everyone I have recommended this book to has come back and told me what a blessing it was to read.

–What Dreams May Come set me on the path to my new understanding of death and reincarnation.
–Journey of Souls kept me on the path.

Until next time…
…Turn the page.
