Vigil For Branford Teen Killed in Pa. Crash
The vigil will be held Tuesday come rain or shine.

A candlelight vigil will be held Tuesday for Vitalya ”Tally” Sepot on the Branford Town Green.
Tally was a sophomore at Penn State majoring in graphic design who died Sunday after a one-vehicle crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. She was among seven students returning to State College, Pa. from a canning trip to raise money for THON, a student-run philanthropy at the university.
She was a lifelong Branford resident and the daughter of Joseph and Claudia Sepot.
