The Watermark at 3030 Park Announces Hiring of New Executive Director
Madison resident brings 20 years of CCRC experience to Watermark

The Watermark at 3030 Park is pleased to announce the recent addition of Kristin Butler as Executive Director of the continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located at 3030 Park Avenue on the Bridgeport/Fairfield town line.
Butler brings two decades of senior healthcare experience to The Watermark, including expertise in all levels of care and operations including marketing, sales, innovative program development and financial management. Her primary responsibilities at The Watermark will be to oversee all aspects of care and management of the community.

There is also a strong relationship between the residents and associates; I look forward to continuing to maintain and expand this wonderful atmosphere for the people who live and work at The Watermark,” said Butler.

Butler has many years of experience working in CCRCs, with more than six years serving as Executive Director in Connecticut. Prior to being Executive Director she was Nursing Home Administrator and also has experience in Assisted Living. Most recently, Butler served as the Executive Director of Evergreen Woods, a CCRC in North Branford. She has also held positions at other senior living communities across Connecticut, including Duncaster, Inc. in Bloomfield, Mercy Community Health in West Hartford, and Manchester Manor Health Care Center in Manchester.

Butler received a B.A. in Political Science and Business from Niagara University in New York, a Master’s in Public Administration from James Madison University in Virginia, and completed a Post Graduate Fellowship in Administrative Psychiatric Medicine from the University Of Virginia School Of Medicine.
A native of upstate New York, Butler currently resides in Madison with her husband and two children.
