13-Year-Old + Motorcycle + Wrong Way + Bad Curve = Crash In Manchester
A notorious curve on a Manchester road was the scene of a wrong-way crash Wednesday involving an underage driver, police said.

MANCHESTER, CT — A 13-year-old riding a motorcycle the wrong way on an already tricky curve in Manchester did not add up to a good result Wednesday.
He was involved in a crash that took place at 1:59 p.m. on the sharp, L-shaped curve in the area of 3 Walnut St. Police said the curve is notorious for bad sight lines.
According to a crash report, 125cc motorcycle driven by a 13-year-old boy from Manchester was traveling the wrong way on the one-way portion of Walnut Street when he collided with a vehicle being driven by a 26-year-old Manchester woman.

The 13-year-old was transported to Connecticut Children's Medical Center with what police described as non-life threatening injuries.
Police said the woman was not injured. A motorcycle of that size requires a license, registration and insurance, none of which the teen possessed, police said.
