Accusations Fly in Manchester's 12th District Race
The challenger is questioned the incumbent and the incumbent has responded.

MANCHESTER, CT — John Topping, the challenger in the 12th District state House of Representatives race, on Monday accused incumbent Rep. Kelly Luxenberg of opposing a bill that could have been harmful to her husband's consulting business, the Hartford Courant reported.
The accusation was levied in a news release sent selectively to some media outlets.
Luxenberg, D-Manchester, told the Courant that her vote was meant to support clean elections.
