I was contacted by a Realtor the other day that I had never interacted with in the past. She called me on a home we renovated and was now ready to make available to the public. We had a sign in front of the property and she called on the sign.
She asked me if I am willing to cooperate with a Realtor and pay a commission. I told her, I love paying commissions and we agreed on an amount. Then she asked me when she could view the property? I immediately asked her if she was looking for herself, she said, NO.

She told me she always views a property prior to sharing about the property with her buyer. I wasn’t there during the showing, but was told she took lots of notes and photos. She called me back the next day to tell me that she would like to show the property to her buyers. I let her know where the key was and she showed the property.

We are now in the process of negotiations and she is doing a great job for her buyer. The neat part of this experience was how this Realtor went about her business. In the business less than a year, but her clients would be extremely loyal. She could teach many in the business a few things.
