B&B Eyed For Historic Manchester Property
Manchester planning officials said there is a bed and breakfast being targeted for the Cheney historic district.
MANCHESTER, CT — A bed and breakfast is being eyed for an historic property in Manchester.
Manchester Planning Department officials said last week that they have received an application requesting a special exception for a B&B in the Historic zone at 99 Hartford Road.
That's in the heart of the Cheney mansion area.

No timetable for the regulatory process to begin has been posted. Planning officials did share a map in Twitter, however:
