Declared by The Huffington Post as “the real hero of sitcom TV,” Patricia Williams (aka Ms. Pat) is a comedian, author, radio host, podcaster, and actress. Her critically acclaimed multi-cam series The Ms. Pat Show, produced by Lee Daniels and Brian Grazer, premiered its fourth season in May 2024. The series is streaming on BET+ and Paramount+ with an edited version airing on BET linear. The premiere of the show shattered viewership records on the streamer almost crashing the app and garnered Emmy nominations in the “Outstanding Direction for a Comedy Series” category in 2022 and 2023. The Ms. Pat Show, based on Pat’s real-life story of an inner-city drug dealer turned suburban mom, has been a hit with fans and critics alike. The Hollywood Reporter raved “Think Roseanne of the 1980s and 1990s, but even rawer” and Essence Magazine gushed “Ms. Pat is headed for the comedy stratosphere.” Following the success of The Ms. Pat Show, BET/Paramount Global signed Pat to a multi-genre overall deal under which she will produce, write and perform in new series and other projects—both scripted and unscripted— across all platforms. Under this deal, she debuted her weekly court show Ms. Pat Settles It on BET linear on October 18th , 2023. In the beloved tradition of Judge Judy, Judge Joe Brown, and Steve Harvey, Pat takes hold of the gavel to settle people’s everyday disputes. Using her signature raw, unfiltered, hilarious sensibility that has made her a fan-favorite and critical darling, Pat and a jury of her comedy friends resolve high stakes disputes including who is financially responsible for dog poop on that rug, do food stamps count as payment, and what is proper hair wig etiquette. Another hit for the rapidly emerging entertainment mogul, the series premiered as the No. 2 show on primetime television for Black viewers as well as Black women in the 18-49 demographic. Pat’s hour standup special Y’All Wanna Hear Something Crazy?, directed by comedy legend Robert Townsend and Executive Produced by Wanda Sykes, is currently streaming on Netflix. The New York Times described the hour as “superb material” while Indiewire offered “There are a lot of comedy specials on Netflix these days, but Ms. Pat breaks through the noise.” In addition to her standup and TV projects, Pat also hosts her own top-rated comedy podcast The Patdown.

Little Theatre of Manchester at Cheney Hall

Back by popular demand. Again.
There is a reason The Corvettes keep getting called back. The 1950s Doo Wop era produced some of the most joyful, irresistible, flat-out fun music ever made, and nobody brings it back to life quite like this.
In the tradition of legendary Doo Wop revivalists Sha Na Na, The Corvettes Doo Wop Revue is more than a concert. It is an all-out celebration of the music that started it all, performed by one of the premier national touring shows dedicated to keeping the 50s alive and rocking.
The setlist is packed with the classics everyone knows and loves:
Little Darlin' · Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On · At the Hop · The Twist · Earth Angel · Rock Around the Clock · In the Still of the Night · Runaround Sue · Twistin' the Night Away · Splish Splash · Shake Rattle and Roll · and so much more
This is a live 1950s Doo Wop tribute show built for pure fun, pure nostalgia, and the kind of good-time energy that fills a room from the opening note. Whether you lived through the era or just wish you had, The Corvettes deliver a rollicking ride through the golden age of rock and roll that you will not stop talking about.

Saint John’s Episcopal Church

Works by Schubert, Gryc, and Brahms
Originally written as a single movement for another piece, “Notturno” is a work of nuanced beauty. This gem of a composition by the sublime lyricist Franz Schubert opens our 2026-27 season. “Dances and Nocturnes” was commissioned by New World in 1989 from Hartt composer Steven Gryc. Each of the seven fanciful movements can be considered “night music”, the dances being “dreams of dances”. The addition of a viola adds richness and depth to the overall texture, creating a “contemporary classic” piano quartet. Brahms’ op.8 trio was first written as a youthful composer of 21 and revised thirty-five years later, shortly before his death. This imposing, expansive work remains a cornerstone of the chamber music repertoire. Its classical structure combined with romantic expressionism certainly fits the weltgeist of Beethoven. “ Autumn Reflections” is being given in memory of William E Fuller.

REAL LOVE: KENNY ROGERS & DOLLY PARTON TRIBUTE

The charm, the chemistry, and six decades of unforgettable hits.
Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton didn't just make great music together. They made each other better. Their onstage chemistry was the kind you can't manufacture, full of warmth, wit, and a genuine affection that audiences felt from the first note to the last. Real Love captures all of it.
The evening opens with Dolly. Laurie Lynn has been performing country music since the age of nine, and her remarkable vibrato voice and irresistible humor make her portrayal of Parton feel less like a tribute and more like the real thing. Performing with professionally produced backing tracks, she works through the full sweep of Dolly's catalog with the spunky, homespun charm that made Parton one of the most beloved entertainers in American history.
Baby I'm Burning · Here You Come Again · Jolene · Coat of Many Colors · Why'd Ya Come In Here · 9 to 5 · I Will Always Love You
Then Kenny takes the stage. Alan Turner is an award-winning country recording artist with his own hit singles and a 2025 Josie Music Award nomination for Outstanding Male Tribute Artist in Nashville. Backed by rich, professionally produced tracks, his set runs deep through Rogers' catalog, and not a single song on the list needs an introduction.
Lucille · Ruby · Coward of the County · Lady · Through the Years · She Believes in Me · Reuben James · Just Dropped In · The Gambler
The night closes the way Kenny and Dolly always did it best: together. We've Got Tonight · You Can't Make Old Friends · Islands in the Stream bring the evening home in a finale that feels less like a tribute show and more like a reunion with two old friends you have missed dearly.
This is an intimate vocal tribute experience, two world-class performers, professionally produced backing tracks, and the songs that defined a generation.Get Tickets Here!
