Car, Pedestrians Collide At Foot Of Main Street In Manchester
A Sunday car versus pedestrian incident sent a pair to area hospitals, police said.

MANCHESTER, CT — Two pedestrians were hit by a car at the foot of Main Street in Manchester Sunday night, police said.
The incident took place at the intersection of Main Street and Hartford Road at about 7:20 p.m., police said. The two pedestrians were identified as a 43-year-old East Hartford man and a 51-year-old Manchester woman, police said.
Both were taken to area hospitals with what police said were non life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the car has been cooperating with police and the crash remained under investigation Monday, police said.
