Cars Collide Near Highway Overpass In Manchester
One person was seriously injured in a crash in Manchester they involved several cars, police said.
MANCHESTER, CT — Three cars collided near a highway overpass in Manchester Friday.
The crash took place At 6:23 p.m. in the area near the Interstate-84 West Middle Turnpike overpass, police said.
Five people were transported to area hospitals as a result of the crash, including one child, according t0 a police report.

One of those involved had serious but non life-threatening injuries, according to a police report.
Speed and "other roadway violations" appear to have been factors in the crash, according to a police report.
