Citizens for a Greener Manchester will meet Thurs., Feb. 23 at the Arbor's, 403 West Center Street at 7:00 p.m. Monthly meetings are held the 4th Thursday of each month except for November and December, when because of holidays, the meetings will be on the third Thursday.
