Manchester Amendment Associates members Marshall Dubaldo, Ted Cummings, Nate Agostinelli, Steve Penny and Jeff King are working to overturn the Supreme Court's Citizens United v FEC decision. The decision says that coporations are people and can spend unlimited funds on elections.
Marshall Dubaldo, Coordinator for the Manchester Amendment Associates , and Tim Sullivan, State Coordinator of the CT Peoples Amendment Coalition, appear on Manchester Review in October to discuss the problem and their plans to lobby for a 28th Amendment to the Constitution that will overturn the Court decision.
